Times like these will make even the strongest and fearless even a little bit scared and weak, and you know what? It’s okay to feel like that at times. What’s NOT okay is dwelling in the negativity and believing every thought you have! One of the quickest ways to get out of your own head and way is to celebrate your WINS!
EVERY DAY, before you get out of the bed practice these simple things:
Declare, “Today is going to be a GREAT day”!
What or who are you most proud of?
What did you do the last few weeks that you’ve never had/wanted to do but you did it anyway?
Who were you able to help today?
It’s amazing what the mind will do if we stop worrying and concentrating on the things we can’t control and rather concentrate and celebrate the things we can!
